Time & Space time management modules provide real-time information about absence and attendance for all your employees, regardless of how complex your organisational structure is, the number of employees you have or the number of locations where your company is represented. Due to the differences in working time calculations between conventional office and workshop environments, two models are supported: flexible time calculation (Flexi Time) and shift time calculation (Industrial Time).

Working time calculations and attendance tracking statuses are available through several specialised views as well as numerous preset and user-defined reports. All Time & Attendance calculations can be exported to various formats for further processing.

The system flexibly meets the differing needs of users by means of a carefully structured set of rules, parameters, schedules, plans, and calendar events that make validation and calculation of hours streamlined and automated as possible.
